I was eighteen, barely a month past my birthday, when everything changed with Ryan. We had grown up next door to each other, two quiet boys who spent summers biking through the neighborhood and winters huddled over video games in his basement. Nothing had ever been said out loud, but the air between us had started to hum with something heavier than friendship. Late one Friday night, after his parents left for the weekend, we sat on his bed with the lights low, pretending to watch a movie neither of us cared about. My heart hammered so hard I was sure he could hear it.
Ryan turned to me first. His voice was low, almost shy. Have you ever thought about what it would be like with another guy? The question hung there, raw and honest. I swallowed, my mouth suddenly dry. Yeah, I admitted, the word barely a whisper. With you. That was all it took. He leaned in and kissed me, tentative at first, then deeper, his tongue sliding against mine with a hunger that matched my own. My hands found his shoulders, then slid down his chest, feeling the rapid beat of his heart beneath his T-shirt.
We undressed each other slowly, the room filled with the sound of fabric rustling and soft, nervous breaths. His skin was warm under my palms, smooth except for the light trail of hair leading down from his navel. When his hand wrapped around my cock for the first time, I gasped at the simple, electric contact. He stroked me gently, learning the rhythm from the way my hips twitched. I reached for him in return, feeling the thick, solid weight of him in my palm, already slick at the tip. We touched each other like that for long minutes, exploring, learning what made the other moan or shiver.
Ryan pulled me closer until our bodies pressed together, our cocks sliding against each other. The friction was maddeningly good. He whispered my name against my neck, then asked if I wanted to go further. I nodded, too overwhelmed to speak at first. We used what we hadlube from his nightstand and the quiet courage of two boys who trusted each other completely. He took his time preparing me, fingers gentle and patient, stretching me while murmuring how good I felt, how beautiful I looked opening up for him. When he finally pushed inside, the stretch burned at first, then melted into a deep, full ache that made my toes curl.
We moved together slowly at first, finding a rhythm that built and built. Every thrust sent sparks through me. I wrapped my legs around his waist, pulling him deeper, and the sounds we madeskin meeting skin, ragged breaths, low groansfilled the room. When I came, it was sudden and overwhelming, my release spilling between us as I clenched around him. Ryan followed soon after, his body shuddering as he buried himself fully and let go with a broken cry of my name.
Afterward we lay tangled together, sweaty and quiet, his fingers tracing lazy circles on my back. The night felt infinite and new. We talked in whispers about what it meant, what we wanted next, and how nothing between us would ever be the same. By morning we were ready to try again, slower this time, trading places so I could learn the same pleasure of sinking into him. That first weekend became the start of something honest and hungry, two young men discovering each other without shame.
